I have installed Docker Desktop for Mac OS and run the 'Hello-world' container successfully. Just run this from your Mac terminal and it'll drop you in a container with full permissions on the Docker VM. I have been using Docker Desktop to enable Docker and Kubernetes in Mac for quite some time now.
I'm completely new to docker and am using it for the first time.
